In the middle of the romantic mountain village Fendels stands our guesthouse Walch with 3 generously furnished comfort vacation apartments in a quiet and sunny location with magnificent views of the surrounding mountains.

Enjoy an unforgettable summer or winter vacation in the vacation region around the Kaunertal Glacier. Relax in a family atmosphere and look forward to exceptional Tyrolean hospitality.

Our beautifully located accommodation, awarded with 4 Edelweiss, welcomes you with a great natural landscape and comfortable apartments. All living rooms impress with a very good space offer with two separate bedrooms each, well-equipped eat-in kitchen, shower/WC, WC extra, balcony with panoramic view.

We have put our efforts mainly in the direction of child-friendliness, recreation and coziness. So we have created in our popular recreation room some game facilities, which makes the children's heart beat faster, e.g. darts, children's billiards, ... for the not so sunny days. But also in front of the house there's a lot: children's swing and table tennis.

Let your vacation day end comfortably on our balcony or terrace and enjoy the sunset in good weather. Start the day with fragrant fresh bread and pastries, which our baker delivers daily regionally to our house.

A ski room including boot heating is available for our guests.

    Kaunertal holiday region – mountain village of Fendels

    The guesthouse Walch is situated in the holiday region Kaunertal, in between the beautiful mountains of the village Fendels. The village is situated 1,356 meters above sea level and impresses all with its unique view onto the upper part of Tyrol.

    In summer, Fendels is the perfect starting point for your hiking adventures, mountain bike tours, and several different activities. In the winter, the ski area Fendels impresses with its familiar atmosphere and perfectly groomed ski slopes, teh insider tip of the Tyrolean Oberland and only approx. 30 minutes per car from the Kaunertaler Glaciers, Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis, Nauders, Samnaun.

    We are offer our guests their own ski room including shoe heating.
